BigQuery, Google Cloud's data analytics solution, continues to innovate significantly. The company has expanded support for 11 more blockchains. Avalanche, Arbitrum, Cronos, Fantom, Near, Optimism, Polkadot, Polygon, and Tron are among the notable arrivals.
Users can now execute complex on-chain queries across various chains as a result of this expansion. They can compare transaction fees and examine vital statistics such as the number of NFTs minted. Integration with interactive programs like Looker and Google Sheets is now accessible as well. This functionality will improve user ease and data interaction even further.
BigQuery debuted in 2018 with only Bitcoin and Ethereum support. They went even further in 2019, offering support for six more chains. Now, with the latest wave of 11 chains, Google Cloud hosts data from a total of 19 networks.
However, it goes beyond BigQuery. Beyond that, Google Cloud provides web3 infrastructure services for several blockchains, with Ethereum, Solana, and Aptos leading the pack. Hosting nodes and managing validator activities are two of these services.
This growth satisfies the rising demand for more thorough crypto analyses. As blockchain technology develops, it's relevant for firms trying to keep on top of market trends and changes to test large and diverse data sets effectively.
