A new study has revealed the world’s most popular crypto trading sites and we’re afraid to say that the top exchange will not come as a surprise to most blockchain mavens.
The leading crypto site is… wait for it… Coinbase. It receives 5,780,000 monthly searches worldwide, according to stats from CasinoGuide, which is more than twice as much as the next biggest site. It has more than 73 million registered users.
Robinhood is the second most popular trading site with 2,300,000 searches per month, followed by Kraken with just over 2 million monthly searches. Robinhood currently offers seven cryptocurrencies and offering stock market trading before branching out into the Crypto market. Kraken has more than six-million clients.
In joint fourth place were eToro and Gemini 1,830,000 average searches per month. Gemini trades more than 50 cryptocurrencies.
Blockchain is next 1,810,000 average searches per month, followed by Wazirx in seventh place with 853,000 Google searches per month and more than 7.3 million users.
The eighth most popular Cryptocurrency trading site is Indodax with 663,000 searches for it per month. Kucoin, in the ninth position, receives 659,000 Google searches per month, and in tenth place is Webull with 609,000 searches per month.
